Dear Homeschool Families,

Welcome to the 2012 Olympia Junior Program Season. Here are the shows we will be offering this year:

“Lily’s Crossing” - February 22-23 & 27-29, 10:00am or 12:30pm, Grades 1-3
(No performance Feb. 22 - 10:00am No performance Feb 23 - 12:30pm)

“Mufaro’s Beautiful Daughters” - March 5-9 & 12-16, 10:00am or 12:30pm, Grades 1-6

“Jims West’s Dinosaurs” - April 25-27 & 30, May 1-2 10:00am or 12:30pm, Grades 1-3

Cathy Heryford, Homeschool Coordinator, will be taking your reservations and confirming which show you are scheduled to see. You may request seats by filling out the  Participation Request Form. Advance payment may be mailed to the following address. Make checks payable to Olympia Junior Programs.

The cost of each play is $4.00 per person. Your preferences will be honored on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis according to seating availability. The ticket sales are through Olympia Junior Programs, not the Washington Center. We encourage paying for tickets in advance by cash or check to make seating faster.

Please arrive at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts (WCPA) 30 minutes before show time. If you are arriving at the Center as a group, please arrange ahead of time to assemble at Sylvester Park on the corner, then walk as a group to the Washington Center. When your group arrives in front of the Center, please do not walk or push in front of the lines of children who are filing into the theater. Speak to one of the OJP sidewalk ushers, identify yourself as Homeschoolers, and they will inform the OJP Homeschool Coordinator that you are waiting to be ushered to your assigned seating in the theater.

Parking is available on the street. You will need to find at least a 3-hour parking space

If you need to make changes, please let Cathy Heryford know as soon as possible so we can adjust seating assignments.
